We are a team of two professional managers working as a couple for hospitality establishments.
We have managed three, four and five star Guest Houses, Boutique Hotels, Lifestyle Hotels and Lodges.
We are computer literate with experience on bookings systems such as Nightsbridge, Semper and Hotelier as well as accounting systems such as
Lotus, Palladium and Quick Books.
We are familiar with payment systems such as Booksure and advertising systems such as Graphic Media.
We are proactive, have pleasant personalities and possess a passion for perfection and guest satisfaction.
We function well under pressure and have a “can do” approach.
We have strong financial, managerial and administration skills.
We understand guest behavior and are able to read the market accurately.
We are able to interact with guests and we have the ability to take measures to minimize complaints.
We are very cost sensitive and profit orientated.
We set very high standards for housekeeping.
We have the ability to motivate, educate and empower staff.
We can prepare meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
We can set up and implement workable control systems.
